Tasting Notes:

Nose: Orange zest, the Atlantic Ocean near Martha's Vineyard, Saba's well-aged tefillin

Palate: A mix of rose water, cinnamon and leather come in first, followed by some dried stone fruit notes in the middle. The back of the palate has some contributions from the barrel including bits of caramel, vanilla and oak. This is met with the return of some of those early palate notes, providing some complex balance.

Finish: Long, gentle and certainly suggestive of its mash bill.
